How to install Dropbox to Ubuntu 12.10

It's a little bit rough stuff to deal with installing Dropbox to Ubuntu 12.10. Because one may encounter some problems during the installation process.

in terminal:
~/.dropbox-dist/dropboxd
                 OR
add the command to StartUp Applications
